Requirements for Applying as a Professional
To join the Space Career Academy Talent Pool as a professional, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Relevant Industry Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in the space industry or related fields (e.g., aerospace, AI, VR, engineering, marketing, consulting, etc.).
Demonstrable skills in your area of expertise, such as project management, technical development, business strategy, or creative innovation
Proven Track Record:
Successful involvement in space-related projects or programs.
Strong portfolio or case studies showcasing your contributions and achievements in previous roles.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., aerospace engineering, space science, business, or related STEM/non-technical fields).
Advanced degrees or certifications in space-related disciplines are a plus but not required.
Passion for the Space Industry:
Demonstrated interest and passion for advancing the space economy and contributing to space innovation.
Engagement in space-related communities, initiatives, or events is a plus.
Commitment to Growth:
A desire to continue learning and advancing your career through mentorship, networking, and upskilling opportunities.
